An artist, coach, and energy healer, with special interests in balancing archetypal energies and nurturing the holistic artist, Tara is dedicated to the promotion and well being of the authentic self. Working one-on-one and with groups, Tara utilizes hands on energy work, body work, intuition, dream work, movement, and creativity to uncover, explore, and ultimately transform the individual and cultural stories which keep us from optimum health. In addition to her art and healing work, Tara has a Masters Degree in Creation Spirituality from Naropa University. Most recently Tara has studied Thai Massage with Master Teacher Chuck Duff.

Disappearing into the Larger View.
But through our veins
The Energies of Ages run,
Playing out the Never Ending Saga
Of what it means to be a Human.

What story shall we be then?
For Certain, it is in our very power
Granted us by our Creating Source
Creating us in its Creative image
To choose the every context of our lives
If we could only recognize the gift
And be strong enough to Own it.
